Many of us have never heard of a rubber ducky derby. If you are curious to know exactly what it is, here’s the deal:
The Wabasha- Kellogg Chamber Office is sponsoring the first annual Rubber Ducky Derby. The goal is to sell 500 rubber ducks each with their very own number. On Saturday, July 28 at 1:00 p.m. the race will begin, starting at Slipperys. The little yellow ducks will float down river towards the National Eagle Center where the finish line will be. The first, second, and third place ducks will win great prizes! You can sign up for your very own duck at any Wabasha or Kellogg business!
