Planning is heavily underway for the 2012 Riverboat Days Festival, July 27- 29. The Riverboat Days Planning Committee along with the Wabasha-Kellogg Chamber Office have been working hard to bring you new and exciting events for 2012. New events this year include- kickball and beanbag tournaments, a rubber ducky derby, dock jumping and speed retrieval for dogs, a kayak race and expo, and up-and-coming bands featuring Lightning Creek and Trent Romens for the beer tent.
The committee is encouraging those who would like to register for these events to do so ahead of time through the chamber office. The W-K Chamber Office is still seeking applicants for Miss Wabasha and has extended the deadline. Nominations are welcome from those who would like to be candidates themselves, businesses, and family members.
