Saint Paul Saints Spotlight Games at Wabasha Athletic Complex Grand Opening

Wabasha Athletic Complex Grand Opening to Feature Saint Paul Saints Spotlight Games The City of Wabasha and the Wabasha Athletic Complex Steering Committee are excited to invite you to the Wabasha Athletic Complex Grand Opening. The Wabasha Athletic Complex Grand Opening will take place on Friday, May 31st from 4PM to 7PM. The grand opening event will include Saint Paul Saints Spotlight Games for Falcon Youth Baseball Association and the Wabasha-Kellogg Summer Softball Association. The Saints will be bringing their show on the road, from the public address announcer and organist to their between-innings promotions and mascot Mudonna. According to Saints Executive Vice President/General Manager, “We do many events in the community during the year, but this is one of my favorites. The look on these kids’ faces when Mudonna is running around their ballpark, or their parents are taking part in a promotion is priceless. These Spotlight Games are a staple of what the Saints are all about.” Pregame festivities will include a welcome and donor recognition from Mayor Emily Durand, ribbon cutting ceremony, American Legion and VFW Color Guard ceremony, and performance of the National Anthem.
