‘When I became a mother, I began ferociously pursuing new options for the care of my family and myself. My great passion is relaying this by bringing healing, alternative choices of healthcare for all age groups as well as exposing people to information, techniques and products that address the cause of their issues while avoiding toxic overload. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual and so I am trained in a wide range of techniques including gentle chiropractic spinal and extremity adjustments, applied kinesiology, exercise instruction/rehabilitation, craniosacral therapy, emotional release techniques, essential oil application, nutrition and detoxification procedures and allergy/sensitivity testing and elimination.’
Dr. Elizabeth moved to Red Wing, MN from Duluth, MN where she owned and operated a practice. Taking time off to raise her children, she is now very excited to join a family-oriented group practice.
Her educational background includes a doctorate in Chiropractic and Bs in Human Biology from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She is currently pursuing diplomats in pediatrics and nutrition and has recently begun course work and training in NAET, a form of allergy/sensitivity testing and elimination which combines acupuncture/acupressure, allopathy, chiropractic, nutritional and kinesiological disciplines of medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, cooking and restoring their 100+ year old Victorian house.
