4th Annual Grumpy Old Men Festival – Plaid Out Your Ride Lighted Parade
Get ready to light up Wabasha! The 4th Annual Plaid Out Your Ride Lighted Parade is rolling in on Friday, February 27, 2026, and we want YOU to be part of the glowing, plaid-filled fun.

Decorate your UTVs, ATVs, golf carts, trucks, trailers—anything that moves—and join us for a winter night full of lights, laughter, and Grumpy Festival charm. Buffalo plaid, twinkle lights, and creative themes are always encouraged!
This year’s parade will be led by the Wabasha Police Department and will make its way through Main Street and surrounding neighborhoods, spreading that cozy hometown spirit along the way. A special moment of the route includes a drive-by at the Emplify Health Care Center, giving residents the chance to enjoy the lights and feel the warmth of the Grumpy Festival from their windows.
