Wabasha County AWARE and Collaborative wants families throughout our region to know that help, hope, and connection are available. Common Ground is expanding its services to support teens, adolescents, and youth who are navigating recovery, mental wellness challenges, and the pressures that come with growing up.
Through peer connection, professional guidance, and a safe place to be heard, young people can find the support they need and the reminder that they are never alone.
Beginning Monday, July 6, this new group will meet every Monday and Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 111 Hill Street in Red Wing.
Because asking for help is a sign of strength. Because healing happens in community. And because every young person deserves to know there is hope and there are people who care.

We didn't even KNOW this was a thing, and it may officially be one of the coolest events we've ever seen.
Last weekend, crews from across the Upper Midwest gathered in Hugo, Minnesota for the 2nd Annual North Star Rodeo, where gas workers and linemen put their skill, precision, and expertise on display in front of coworkers and family.
And honestly? We are impressed. 👏
The men and women who keep our lights on and our communities powered deserve our appreciation every day, but seeing the talent, training, and teamwork required to do these jobs takes that appreciation to a whole new level.
