📣 New Low-Interest Loan Program for Wabasha Businesses!
The Wabasha Port Authority has launched a new low-interest loan program designed to support new and expanding businesses within the City of Wabasha, MN.
Access to capital can be one of the biggest challenges for small businesses. Through the Commercial Revolving Loan Fund, the Port Authority can help provide gap financing to assist businesses with moving their projects forward.
This program was made possible after the Port Authority received funding from the USDA Rural Business Development Grant program, along with a local funding match.
“Tools like the Commercial Revolving Loan Fund are extremely important for rural communities and small businesses because it can help fill the gaps that traditional financing can’t,” said C. Gastner, Economic Development Specialist for the Wabasha Port Authority. “Small businesses are the heartbeat of our community and any role that we can play in keeping that heartbeat strong, we are excited to help.”

• Low-interest loans available for qualifying businesses within Wabasha city limits
• Designed to help with project gap financing
• Applications reviewed first-come, first-served
• Interest rates subject to annual review

We love seeing our Chamber members out in the community making a difference! Recently, the team from Wabasha Dentistry visited Wabasha-Kellogg School District #811 to spend time with 2nd–6th graders, teaching them all about the importance of good oral health.
