Phyle Fitness!
If you’ve spent any time in Wabasha, chances are you already know Phyle Fitness—or at the very least, you’ve felt the impact they’ve had on our community. For years now, they’ve been creating space for both physical and mental wellness through yoga and connection.
We first met Phyle Fitness at Beach Park a few summers ago… and to this day, it might have been the most relaxing yoga class we’ve ever experienced. Near the water, listening to the river, completely present—it’s something special. 🌊✨
From weekly Thursday yoga studio classes at 4:45 PM, to parent and parent/child meet-ups, to pop-up summer sessions (and even joining us during festivals!), Phyle Fitness continues to show up in ways that support and strengthen our community.
