  1. The Chamber requires a payment by July 1, 2025 to secure your space.
  2. A State electrical inspection is required for any vendor requiring electrical power. You must be entirely set up by 3pm, Friday, July 25, 2025, so the inspection can be completed.
  3. Vendors must provide a current Certificate of Insurance prior to setting up their unit.
  4. All vendors are responsible to set up, maintain and clean up their area after the event.
  5. The vendors must also maintain any trash receptacles, in their unit. Wabasha has mandatory recycling of tin, aluminum, glass and plastic.

Note: There will be a limit of 6 Food Truck / Food Vendors.
