Little Mister and Little Miss Wabasha is open to children going into kindergarten through second grade in the 2024-2025 school year. Sign up by July 17, 2024. There is no fee to register. All participants must be in attendance at the Miss Wabasha Scholarship Program Coronation at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2024 at Heritage Park and in the parade on Saturday, July 27, 2024. The parade lineup begins at 4:00 p.m.; the parade begins at 6:00 p.m.
