Join one of southeastern Minnesota’s largest summer celebrations—Riverboat Days draws more than 14,000 visitors to Wabasha over the festival weekend, making it a fantastic opportunity to showcase your food to locals and out-of-town guests alike.

Important Vendor Information

  • Payment is required by July 1, 2026 to secure your space
  • Any vendor requiring electrical power must complete a State electrical inspection
  • Vendors must be fully set up by 3:00 PM on Friday, July 24, 2026, to allow time for inspection
  • A current Certificate of Insurance is required prior to setup
  • Vendors are responsible for setup, maintenance, and cleanup of their area
  • Vendors must manage trash within their unit—Wabasha has mandatory recycling for tin, aluminum, glass, and plastic

⚠️ Please note: Space is limited. A maximum of 6 food trucks / food vendors will be accepted.
