Join Broken Paddle Guiding for daily guided tours, rentals, and kayak lessons in the scenic waters of the Mississippi River’s tributaries, bluff lands, and old-growth floodplain forests. Coffee Mill Ski & Snowboarding is Wabahsa’s premier winter resort with 28 acres of trails. This hidden gem offers runs for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. And, yes, we really do bring the challenge with the longest vertical drop south of Duluth. If you’d rather enjoy the snow at your own pace, our snowshoe and cross-country ski trails are perfect for you. Follow along one of our mapped paths or create your own with access to hundreds of acres of public land.

Our state trails and recreation areas give riders access to a full network of fun and challenging adventures. When Winter settles in, many of our ATV/UTV trails transform into epic snowmobiling routes. The Wabasha Area Driftskippers also maintain 89 miles of well-groomed trails. All you need is a tank of gas and a sense of adventure to explore our breathtaking landscapes!

Wabasha is home to some of the best recreational hunting and fishing in the country! Every year, thousands of hunters and fishermen come to Wabasha looking to claim their prize game and catch. And, with miles of public access to land, water and streams, you can spend the day surrounded by the sounds of nature.

From waterfowl hunting on the renowned Mississippi Flyway, to Spring turkeys, to white-tail deer, our waters, bluffs, and woodlands are teaming with sporting opportunities. Take advantage of thousands of acres of state forests and public access points.
