• Nia incorporates Martial Arts, Dance Arts, and Healing Arts, using 52 easy-to-learn moves.
• Each hour long class is an invitation to step into movement at your own level. Movers of all levels are invited and encouraged.
• Come dressed in comfortable clothes. Most practice barefoot.
• We eagerly look forward to sharing this hour of movement each month, and every time we feel terrific all day afterwards.
