Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm CST (occasional weekend work required)
Compensation: $55,000 – $62,000 based on experience

The AmericInn by Wyndham Wabasha is looking for a General Manager to oversee all day-to-day hotel operations as well as manage our full-time and part-time staff! The General Manager should possess previous hospitality management experience and excellent interpersonal skills to help create an incredible stay for our guests.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all general operations that ensure the day-to-day success of the hotel
- Provide leadership and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Collaborate with hotel department leaders daily to define goals and objectives as well as strategies for achieving them
- Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services
- Lead sales and marketing efforts as well as handling rate and occupancy management
- Establish the hotel’s reputation for quality with constant grounds and room upkeep to ensure positive guest feedback
General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the hospitality/hotel field required
- 2+ year of hotel management experience required
- Opera Cloud software experience a plus
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
