Development Database and Processing Manager
National Eagle Center – Development Database and Processing Manager – Full Time

Job Purpose: The Development Database and Processing Manager is a key role responsible for assisting the Director of Development, Development Department, and Executive Director in maintaining an
up-to-date and clean constituent database. This position will maintain records, process membership/adoption and eagle, sponsorship, donation and grant transactions, and conduct associated
fulfillment activities (renewal letters, receipts, tax letters, membership/adoption materials, etc.)
Reports to: Director Development
Duties
• Oversee and maintain up-to-date database records
• Process transactions for the Development Dept.
• Process and send out required correspondence for sponsors/member/donors
• Support the Executive Director and Development Director on special projects
• Other Development duties as assigned
Full-time position, approx. 40 hours/wk with potential for growth, flexible weekday hours
Some evening and weekend hours may be required.
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in an office environment, preferably in record-keeping and/or accounting or related activities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and customer service
• Effective use of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel
• Experience with Gmail and Google Suite is preferred
• Experience with Blackbaud products preferred, but not required
• Will receive training to use and manage Altru CRM (Blackbaud product)
• Strong willingness and ability to learn and become an expert in new software applications and troubleshoot software issues
• Maintain highest standard of respect for confidentiality
• Work well in a collaborative team environment
• Enthusiasm for the National Eagle Center mission
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job will be considered
