Job Posting – Payroll & Finance Specialist

This key role supports the financial operations of the district by:
- Processing bi-monthly payroll for approximately 110 employees
- Administering benefits, leave tracking, and payroll compliance
- Supporting accounts payable, reconciliations, and vendor payments
- Assisting with UFARS, MARSS, and annual audit preparation
- Providing overall business office support
We’re looking for someone with payroll/accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting students, staff, and the educational mission of the district.

Pepin Manufacturing is continuing to grow, and we are hiring a Process/Industrial Engineering Manager that will provide technical support, implement Lean & Six Sigma tools/philosophies within production while assisting our Quality Department in meeting all FDA Compliance & Regulatory Requirements.
- Lead our Maintenance Team with daily tasks and mentorship
- Must have a Data Driven mindset along with usage of Statistical Analysis Software to make sound decisions
- Create and update production drawings in SolidWorks
- Complete IQ, OQ, PQ Validation Studies and Reports
- Ability to follow the established Quality System
- Ability to drive continuous improvement & cost down initiatives within his/her department utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools/philosophy’s
- Ensure all equipment and employees follow safety and health guidelines and regulations
- Encourage and champion ideas from production employees
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
- Evaluate and recommend equipment maintenance and upgrades as well as new equipment purchases
- Provides technical support and training for affected personnel
- Ensures that all existing/new equipment and processes in manufacturing areas are fully documented via Work Instructions
- Provides equipment troubleshooting support for all operations and ensures equipment is running optimally and within the manufacturer’s specifications
- Coordination of projects to include but not limited to product development
Starting Salary Range: $87k to $105k (Compensation Based Experience)
