Join Miranda and Jacque for Second Saturday Nia! 10-11am. $15/class • Nia incorporates Martial Arts, Dance Arts, and Healing Arts, using 52 easy-to-learn moves. • Each hour long class is an invitation to step into movement at your own level. Movers of all levels are invited and encouraged. • Come dressed in comfortable clothes.
