Calling all ghosts, goblins, witches and creative decorators — it’s time to get the Wabasha & Kellogg Area SPOOKED OUT!
Whether your Halloween style is creepy and crawly, cute and festive, completely over-the-top or downright terrifying, we want to see it!
Enter the Wabasha-Kellogg Halloween Decorating Contest and show us what you can do. There is NO COST TO ENTER, and we’ll have two separate divisions:

🏢 Business Division
📸 How It Works

Official contest photographs will be taken Friday, October 23 between 5:00–8:00 PM by North Road & Co. Photography, so make sure your lights are on, decorations are glowing and your display is ready for its close-up!

We’ll post the official photos online on Saturday, October 24, 2026 and turn the judging over to the public. Online Facebook voting will determine our 2026 winners!

🥈 2nd Place — $75 Gift Card
🥉 3rd Place — $50 Gift Card

Business prizes and bragging rights will also be awarded!
