Our Wabasha, MN team is looking for a friendly, motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive team environment, we would love to hear from you.
☎️Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and assisting patients
- Checking patients in and out
- Scheduling preventive and treatment appointments
- Filling cancellations to help keep the schedule running smoothly
- Sending specialist referrals
- Managing communication logs
- Collecting co-pay estimates
⭐️Qualifications:
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Motivated and dependable
- Team player who enjoys working with others
- Excellent communication and organization skills
🕔Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- No weekends
